Born as the youngest child in his family, Swaroop Kumar Dalai grew up amidst the care of his four loving sisters and his humble parents. Thanks to their upbringing, he grew up fascinated by a treasure trove of books he came across in his life. Reading stories became a hobby, and soon, he found himself immersed in the captivating world of literature.

This passion lingered in him as he continued studying medical science. Having graduated as a doctor, he finally decided to write his first novel. While balancing his career as a medical graduate and as a writer, he was able to publish Waltzing Love under the pen name ‘Krishna’

He currently lives in his hometown in India and is working on another project which he hopes to publish soon. As a writer, it is his firm belief that a reader is ultimately the greatest critic of a book
